Very nice, clean, great view of the water. Location is also wonderful. Right next to the major highways. Staff is very nice. Rooms are your standard hotel room. Comfy and cozy for sure.

I had a clean room and a comfortable bed. Had a great night sleep. If you go down the road there is a beautiful view of the lake and there is a burger place near by with patio seating to view the lake. Breakfast in the restaurant was your typical eggs/sausage/waffle buffet setup and was clean and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall this location felt outdated and not very well cared for. The elevator had some damage to the wall and frequently had debris in it. The headboards were tattered and as a result just did not feel clean to me. The bath tub was chip and paint fell off while taking a bath. Made me super uncomfortable.

I arrived exhausted and mentioned I was a Rewards member and I needed just one night. The rude front desk clerk said "You should have called" and just looked at me, and I looked at him, shocked. He said, "You should have called. This is not a hotel anymore. It's a place for refugees." He offered to print me a list of nearby hotels. He couldn't get it to work, so he recommended the Holiday Inn Express in Hudson. That ended up being a nice choice.

Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again. All my comments are true and honest. The biggest issue was the smell and hole in the bathroom wall. The door never worked right and it had a strange smell. This location needs work, except for the staff who were wonderful!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Not only was there no bathroom fan, but the absence of water fountains was inconvenient. Charging for water felt like a money grab, and the pricey breakfast was far from justified. The unkempt lawn and non-functional thermostats added to the frustration. On top of it all, the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.
